The site has been landscaped, to ensure that every property will have sea view, thanks to the inclined ground shape.

Although close to the 5 star Caprice Palace Hotel and the 4-star Holiday Resort Hotel, leisure, shopping and health facilities, the Royal Garden Resort and Spa is far from the crowds of the city in its private setting and is only 45 minutes drive from Bodrum international Airport.

This opulent five star Royal Garden & Spa development is unsurpassed by any other in the area, it will be completed to a high degree of European specification and certainly offers luxury living at an affordable price.

Thankfully the cost of buying a home on this attractive coastline is still surprisingly low offering this opportunity to many who thought it could not be possible. The competitive prices of the rising Turkish market are providing purchasers an excellent return on their investment. With Turkey's proposed entrance into the EU, many believe that property prices may rise significantly.

The extended build time and payment plan are designed to attract investors, placing you in the best possible position to maximise your return on investment. With Turkey being touted by many as the new Spain, its property market is quite understandably vibrant.

How would you like to live or have a holiday in a country where the sun nearly always shines and where the air is clean, where it is very cheap to live and which is just four hours away from the UK and Ireland.

Go ahead live your dream.....

Akbuk

The peaceful and tranquil small town of Akbuk became a township in 1991 and lies between Bodrum and Didim. It boasts beautiful breathtaking views over the crystal clear water of the Aegean Sea and to the Bodrum Peninsula. The area is also covered with protected forests and olive trees, with the background scenery being immensely lush and green due to the tree covered mountains that cradle the Village and Bay.

The beach is dotted with sandy coves and together with the clear calm waters is ideal for bathing. The climate is warm, but being in the bay a gentle breeze is refreshing and an ideal feature especially in the peak summer months.

The resort has its own beaches, bars, restaurants, mini markets on a smaller scale then Altinkum yet Altinkum is just 15 minutes away by car or bus. Three markets each week in different locations keeps Akbuk still in the traditional ways of Turkey.

Akbuk has preservation and a building order by the ministry on its lands to preserve its natural beauty and scenery. You can only build on 15% of the land making this a very pleasant area for a holiday home or residential.

Turkey

Turkey is a land of natural beauty full of sun, sea, mountains and lakes which gives a complete change from the stress and routine of everyday life. From April to October, most places in Turkey have an ideal climate that is perfect for relaxing on sandy beaches or enjoying the tranquility of mountains and lakes.

Often dubbed the "Crossroads of Civilisation", the country has been inhabited for thousands of years by a long list of great people, including the Ancient Greeks, the Romans and the Byzantines. The Turkish people have an unrivalled reputation for hospitality, the food is second to none, the coastline is a vision to behold, and many Turkish cities are dotted with spectacular mosques.
