Option 1 Lump Sum Payment:   (5% DISCOUNT) Payment in full is expected upon signing  the contract. All monies are held in trust (similar to UK Escrow) and released to the developer when pre-set conditions/stages of construction have been satisfied.

Option 2 Instalment Payments:  An initial instalment of 50% is payable upon signing the contract. The remaining 50% is payable in 4 instalments over the construction period. The exact date of the instalments will depend on construction progress.

Option 3 Deferred Payments:   The quarterly payments are spread over 24 months (regardless of purchase date) and commence on the date of signing the contract. 

NOTE: Option 3, the deferred payment option incurs a 10% surcharge which is added to the the total purchase price prior to calculation of the quarterly payments.
