Reservation Fee: Please note your reservation is subject to a 'cooling off' period of 5 days. After such time the reservation fee is refundable less 50% for Developer administration charges.
Option 1: Payment in full is expected upon signing Contracts, the payment is to include the cost of the furniture pack and Escrow Agent fees. All monies are held in Escrow and released to the Developer as per the schedule for Option 2.
Option 2: *Your property (excluding furniture pack and Escrow fees) will cost you a further 10% if you wish to benefit from this deferred payment plan.
Developer Funded Mortgage: Available on selected 2 bedroom apartments. The mortgages are non-status and over a 6 year term with an interest rate of 10% per annum. The mortgage is secured against the rental income and therefore the client will need to make up any shortfall between the mortgage payable and rental income received.
